State-of-the-art police facility designed to enhance law enforcement operations in Gaithersburg. This ground-up project features a 28,294 SF, two-story police station and a 59,526 SF, two-level secured parking garage. This is Montgomery County’s first public net-zero, sustainably designed, energy-efficient building.

The first floor of the station includes public access areas, patrol and support operations, and a secure prisoner holding area. The second floor houses four specialized units including investigative teams, administrative offices, staff support, and a fitness room. The garage features secured parking, a large evidence room, a vehicle service bay, flare and bicycle storage, and a designated area for fleet motorcycles.
