Ground-up construction of a new three-story, LEED Gold-certified fire and rescue station for Prince William County. The facility includes administrative and training spaces, dining and living quarters, fitness and support areas, and three drive-through apparatus bays. Site improvements include apparatus drives, parking for 28 vehicles, standby power generation, retaining walls, fuel storage and fueling facilities, and a roof-mounted photovoltaic system.
