The project consists of the construction of a 24,000-square-foot permanent supportive housing facility with 16 units for families experiencing homelessness. Development will also include comprehensive improvements to the surrounding 0.66-acre site, ensuring a safe, accessible, and welcoming environment for residents.

This new facility is designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification through the U.S. Green Building Council, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability, energy efficiency, and long-term environmental stewardship.
