This project was a ground-up commercial building in the Riverside Commons Plaza development. This 12,500 SF building also incorporated fitting out the space for the tenant (Ortho Virginia). The buildout includes twelve exam rooms, two X-Ray rooms, staff offices, and a physical therapy gym.
