The project involved extensive renovations of the existing buildings, in addition to constructing new building elements and associated site work. For the Subaru dealership, an existing service renovation was completed, along with a 20,360 square foot showroom. The Sheehy GMC dealership underwent a 27,000 square foot renovation, and a 11,361 square foot addition was made to an existing repair facility. The construction was carried out while the service and sales facilities remained open.
