Shane has oversight of multiple operations teams as well as direct oversight of projects. Since 1999, Shane has been involved in every aspect of all the projects he manages from the initial bid, all the way through completion. Shane enjoys being on site working with the entire team to help bring every project in on time for every client. He drives the schedules while dealing with whatever comes his way to keep things on track for each client, while communicating and keeping the client apprised and being transparent. Shane takes great pride in developing relationships with everyone involved in any aspect of a project as he believes in the end, it’s all about the people we choose to work with and work for, and we all need to enjoy what we do every day.

The uniqueness of each project. Whether it is an inline take over or a brand-new building, each project has its own new identity. We work hand in hand with our clients taking an older retail space and adding new life and personality to it.
