We get moving as quick as possible when awarded a project. This allows the entire project team to come together and assemble a great team of Subcontractors and put forth a plan from award to project completion. We sit as a team during, and after each Self Storage project on how we can improve as a unit. We take this mentality into each new project and has really enabled us to deliver projects ahead of schedule and below budget.
